PRO license suites allow you to install SNetworks PHP Classifieds under one domain name only. These suite licenses are not permitted for installation under multiple domain names. Every domain is verified manually by our review department.

You may customize the script in your own way as the source codes are unencrypted (front-end only). There are no chances for the script to crash unlike our old encrypted regular license.

You are not allowed to remove the "Powered by SNetworks PHP Classifieds" text unless you purchase the Textlink Removal Authorization additionally from our website.

Reselling or redistributing copies of the script is strictly prohibited. Script licenses can only be owned by an individual or a corporation/company and cannot have multiple owners. However, transfer of license ownership is allowed via the SNetworks transfer process.

Developer's licenses are designed for programmers, developers, or agencies working on external client projects using SNetworks PHP Classifieds script features.

This license allows installation under unlimited domain names without any restrictions for your own websites or your clients' websites. 100% source codes are available including front-end and back-end for complete modification capability.

Purchasing the Textlink Removal Authorization is not necessary for this license type. However, you are not allowed to redistribute or resell the script without the original SNetworks branding. Selling copies through any channel is strictly prohibited. You cannot sell or regenerate any license against your copy of the Developer's license.

SNetworks reserves full rights over the script's usage, whether for your website or your end-client's website.

The Textlink Removal Authorization allows you to create your own branding in SNetworks PHP Classifieds scripts. This is completely optional.

If you do not want the "Powered by SNetworks PHP Classifieds" link displayed at the bottom of your website, you can purchase this item to remove it. This is a legal authorized agreement for branding on your site.

Removal without this authorization violates the terms and conditions, and your script may stop working. SNetworks may suspend your license without prior notification if unauthorized removal is detected.

Please note that the branding removal applies only to the front-end section. Your admin panel will still display the SNetworks name, which is hidden from normal visitors.

Express Installation Service is performed by our professionals with high priority above regular installation tasks. It covers both new installations and script upgrades.

Your script will be installed on your server as early as possible after the billing verification period (up to one hour) and after your server login credentials are received. The installation timeframe varies between 3-6 hours.

SNetworks reserves the right to cancel or refuse to provide the Express Installation Service at any time, in which case the buyer shall be eligible for a partial or full refund.

SNetworks will not be held responsible for any loss of website design in case of upgrades if the design has been modified externally.

Professional Installation Service is performed by our programmers on your server. This service includes both script upgrades and new script installations.

SNetworks will not be held responsible for any loss of website design in case of upgrades if the design has been modified externally. When upgrading, the existing site's categories, subcategories, regions, cities, and areas are guaranteed to be transferred to the newer version.

This service comes with a money-back guarantee if the customer is not completely satisfied or if programmers are unable to install the classifieds script on your hosting server. No refund shall be issued if our team has attempted installation but there are problems on the client's server end.

It is completely the customer's responsibility to confirm hosting server compatibility before proceeding. Please allow 48-72 hours for task completion after payment and credentials are received.

Add-ons Installation Service is typically performed by our trusted third-party web technicians who provide installation for selected add-on modules.

The installation timeframe depends on the third-party personnel and usually takes 48-72 hours. It may take longer depending on the case. An approximate timeframe will be provided to the buyer as an estimate.

SNetworks reserves the right to refuse any installation. In such cases, if installation service is not provided, the buyer is eligible for a full refund.

Style Customization Service is performed by our selected web designers according to your requirements and guidance.

This service includes changes to fonts, colors, sizes, tables, buttons, backgrounds, logos, and other CSS-only modifications. Support is available via email or live chat on demand.

Modification attempts shall be made a maximum of twice. Users are requested to provide all required changes at the beginning to avoid multiple modification attempts.

This service does not include any modifications related to script programming. Only elementary-level designing services are provided; in-depth designing services are not included.

You should NOT remove, alter, or obfuscate any instances of the script's name or copyright notices found in the administration area and PHP source files according to the license rights stated above.

You are allowed to remove the copyright notice from the end-user side of the website (homepage, etc.) only by purchasing the Textlink Removal Authorization.

When you purchase any script suite/license, you will receive support for up to six months for free from the date of purchase.

This regular support subscription includes updates, upgrades, fixes, and solutions. The six-month validity applies to all types of license/suite purchases.

SNetworks reserves full rights to suspend support subscription at any time without prior notice if terms and conditions are violated. After six months, you may continue to receive support by paying subscription fees. Please contact support for more information.

SNetworks provides premium paid support for customers after their initial free support subscription expires.

A fixed monthly fee of $10.00 USD is charged for Level III support, which covers updates/upgrades and bug/error fixes. Premium support subscription is available on semi-annual payment terms only.

This service does not include program modifications to create or alter existing or new functions in the script. Support is provided via email, live chat, phone, and limited international callback. This service is optional for license holders.

All regular script suites are granted for a particular domain name only. If you move the script to a new domain, you must inform the SNetworks team about the domain change.

Any transfers without approval from snetworksclassifieds.com may void your script suite.

This restriction does not apply to Developer's licenses.

If a website running SNetworks PHP Classifieds is to be transferred to another party (new owner) along with the script, the license holder must report the transfer to the SNetworks team prior to taking any action.

Please download the TOL (Transfer of License) form before sending the request. SNetworks reserves the right to prevent transfers found to be unacceptable.

If approved, the transfer of the website will also involve the transfer of your script license, and you will no longer be eligible to use the suite/license further, even if you own a Developer's license. Each suite is eligible to be run by an individual or one company only.

Any such transfers must retain the script's name and all original copyright notices, including those in the administration area and source files, and must contain an unaltered copy of the script package. Add-on codes are non-transferable, but if paid add-ons are installed in the transferring copy, they shall be granted.

SNetworksClassifieds.com does not have its own billing and accounts department. SNetworks PHP Classifieds uses billing and accounts services provided by a third-party business secretarial management service provider.

All payments made to SNetworks Classifieds are handled by this third-party provider, who is not responsible for any product/service deliveries or refunds. SNetworks is not partnered or affiliated with the billing management company except for receiving paid services.

All actual resolutions shall be done by contacting the SNetworks billing manager. Any refund requests, chargebacks, disputes, or other billing queries must be sent to the billing manager directly instead of contacting the billing company.

The billing manager can be reached via the contact form or through the Customer Portal.

Payments made to www.SNetworksClassifieds.com are usually final and shall NOT be refunded under any circumstances. This applies to all types of licenses/suites, add-ons, items, and related payments.

If you order installation or customization services from our designer or programmer, you may receive refunds only if there is a failure, subject to conditions and approval by a SNetworks representative only. SNetworks retains complete rights over all decisions.

If any chargebacks or transaction issues occur, your purchased license will be suspended temporarily until the issue is resolved by the buyer as soon as possible or within the given time period.

Depending on the billing gateway, there may be settlement fees that the customer must pay based on the type of chargeback/dispute made. Any such penalty fees must be paid before the suite/license is resumed to normal state.
